Our partners in Haiti are dedicated to empowering church leaders with a robust and comprehensive education that transforms their churches and communities.

‍One of the key initiatives undertaken by our Haitian partners is the groundbreaking Micah Scholars program. ‍In alignment with the principles of Micah 6:8, the program goes beyond academic enrichment. It actively nurtures justice-driven pastors and leaders by offering full scholarships for Bachelor of Divinity degrees. This holistic approach ensures that the education provided is not only academically enriching but also ethically grounded, fostering leaders who are deeply committed to principles of justice and equality for children, women and the environment. Recognizing the historical trauma and scarcity mindsets prevalent in the region, they strategically address these challenges by supporting emerging leaders through a Masters in Organizational Leadership program.

‍The impact of the program is further amplified through monthly workshops and international retreats, which serve to hone vital skills and establish global connections. These opportunities not only broaden the perspectives of the participating leaders but also equip them with the tools necessary to effect positive change within their communities.

‍Our collaboration with Development Associates International (DAI) is instrumental in introducing graduate-level programs, thereby empowering Haitians to take charge of transforming their own communities. Recognizing the historical trauma and scarcity mindsets prevalent in the region, they strategically address these challenges by supporting emerging leaders through a Masters in Organizational Leadership program. By investing in education at this level, we believe in fostering sustainable development through local leadership will create a ripple effect of positive change that resonates throughout Haiti.
